I rewrote the system that sells and tracks meal vouchers at Rock in Rio, one of the world's largest music festivals. It is used by the internal team, by client companies and at the event's dining halls.
In the old system, the operator set the day, meal and dining hall at the moment of sale, and the voucher was issued as soon as payment was confirmed. The decision to buy and the decision to use were tangled together.
The new system revolves around credit. A sale releases a balance of meals. The company signs in to the Client Area and distributes that balance by day, meal and dining hall, within configurable deadlines. Only then is the voucher issued, and at the event it is valid exactly once.

Finance checks the payment and releases the meal balance.
In the Client Area, each credit gets a day, a meal and a dining hall.
The system issues a single-use voucher with a QR code.
At the dining hall, the QR is scanned and the meal is recorded on the spot.
PHP 8.1 with no framework, with the code split into domain, controllers and views, on PDO and MySQL. Independent authentication for staff and clients, CSRF protection and hashed passwords. Before any screen, I documented the operational flow, the data model and the delivery roadmap.

Management system for training centers and sports arenas. It brings together enrollments, classes, court schedule and billing, with business rules isolated from the payment integrations.
Online booking · SaaS
Online booking for barbershops, salons and studios. Customers book through a link or WhatsApp, and the business follows everything in a panel with its own branding. The idea came from a colleague; we build it together.
Personal and shared finances · Free SaaS
I built it to solve a problem of my own: seeing a whole year of spending, both what has passed and what is still coming, and tracking expenses shared in a group. Since it worked for me, I left it open for anyone who wants to use it.
Workplace safety elections · SaaS
Platform for running CIPA elections online (CIPA is Brazil's mandatory workplace safety committee): candidate and voter registration, voting, tallying and the documents of the process.
